My name is Lee Hudman, and I am a Realtor® Consultant with Keller Williams Metropolitan in Houston, Texas.   Yes... I said Realtor® consultant, because I am NOT a salesman.  Yes, I am a licensed real estate agent and Realtor® and I have the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), GPA (Graduate Power Agent), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Market Specialist) designations, and the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation, but my job is really to provide you with the information that you need to make an intelligent decision about one of the largest transactions that you will probably ever be involved in - the buying or selling of your home or investment property - and not to "sell" you something.
